What information do we collect?

By using our websites, you authorise us to disclose personal information to related companies of APA and Nicheliving and to agents or contractors who provide services to APA or Nicheliving in connection with the provision of products or services you have sought from our websites.

How can you access and update your information?
You may request access to your personal information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us requesting such access at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In some circumstances we may not allow you access to some of the personal information we hold about you and if this occurs we will write to you to explain our reasons for denying you access.
Some examples of when you might be denied access are if:
(a) access will pose a threat to the life or health of anyone;
(b) access would have an unreasonable impact on other people’s privacy;

If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction you can direct a written complaint to the Federal Privacy Commissioner.
We maintain strict procedures and standards and take all reasonable care to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information and to protect the security of your personal information when transmitted over the internet.
No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as fully secure. Accordingly, APA and Nicheliving cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you send to us using our online forms or products. You submit information at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we will take all reasonable steps to protect the data held in our system. If we no longer need your information, we will destroy or de-identify it.
What about other websites linked to our websites?
We are not responsible for the practices employed by other websites linked to or from our websites nor the information or content contained therein. Often, links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our websites.
